Weight Ins: Friday night, Januray 27, at the Sleep Inn & Suites, Concord, NC 704-979-8800. TIME: 6:00-8:00 PM. Saturday at the venue from 7:00-9:00AM. The Great Wolf Lodge is right next to the Sleep Inn so I would recommend staying at the Great Wolf Lodge for a 5 star weekend experience.

Cost: $65 prereg $80 at the door. (cash only!)
Spectators: $10 entry fee. Kids under 10 are free.
Schedule: Rules meeting at 9:15 sharp. Matches begin at 10:00 sharp!!!! We will start No Gi then Gi. Do not be late!!!! Kids will have two rings devoted to them. We will begin with kids, women executive and masters. Once all masters are completed we will start adult matches. This will give all masters and executives the chance to compete in adult. We will designate a weight class to each ring. For example, ring one may be 145lbs. We will run 145 beg to advanced then white to black all at the same ring. When you see white belts competing you will know your division is next. Hopefully this will help with the stress of having to be ready all day long. All No Gi matches will be completed before we start the GI.
-You will be able to enter as many divisions as you want at no extra cost.
-We are planning to set up a consolation ring where anyone can compete as many times as they want. No more one loss and your done. No medals at consolation ring just as many matches as you can handle.

-Venue 29 is a nightclub so after the tournament the dancing and music begins.
-Jeff Monson will be attending. We will raffle off a free seminar with Jeff. Jeff will also roll with some competitors but we are still working on the format.
-As we do every year, we will be raffling off i-pods, a TV, DVD players, etc.
